The conference, scheduled for today through Friday, May 13, is themed Stronger Together: Embracing the Future. This is the first NAHAM annual conference in two years and the organization will focus on addressing new challenges in today’s changing environment in staffing, registration, patient experience and leadership. The NAHAM organization is committed to bringing the Patient Access community together to collaborate, offer advice based on experience and share new trends and technology.
Conference attendees will be able to choose from 24 Learning Labs this week addressing topics such as overcoming staffing challenges, inspiring and encouraging team engagement, understanding and implementing the No Surprises Act, developing leadership skills for managing a Patient Access Department and the overall impacts of Covid-19 on healthcare facilities.
Other conference highlights will include key note speaker and classical violinist, Kai Kight, an Industry Sponsored Symposia with product demonstrations and a new feature of the conference this year, an Awards Reception to celebrate the accomplishments of leaders within the Patient Access field nationwide.
