Hollis Cobb’s Sarah Walker is transitioning into a newly created role designed to streamline the company’s new client onboarding process, as well as make high level reports quickly available to both clients and Hollis Cobb managers. Sarah started her career at Hollis Cobb six years ago as a Reconciliation Specialist. She moved into the Client Services Department a year later and was recently promoted to Project Implementation Coordinator and Custom Report Specialist.
In looking for a way to make the new client onboarding process run as smoothly as possible, Client Services Director, Stephanie Price, noticed Sarah’s penchant for attention to detail, and tapped her for the job. Always the go-to person for difficult report requests, Sarah’s talent for creating custom reports for clients has made her the company’s Custom Report Specialist as well. Sarah said she enjoys switching hats from Implementation Coordinator to Report Specialist and back again as this makes her job both challenging and interesting.
Sarah now oversees all processes when Hollis Cobb contracts with a new client. Once a new project is implemented, she hands the new client’s day-to-day tasks off to a Key Account Executive, but remains closely involved to design custom reports and monitor the project. In addition, Sarah has taken classes and become proficient in the Intellitech Business Objects program which integrates with Hollis Cobb’s Ontario FACS system. Using her report writing skills, Sarah creates detailed custom reports for clients upon request, and assists the Operations Team by generating customized performance analysis reports for monitoring collection results.
Excited about the growth opportunities afforded by her new role, Sarah said she has found her niche at Hollis Cobb. She enjoys working with all of the departments in the company, and said she finds great satisfaction in designing detailed reports to meet clients’ special requests. Sarah is married to Josh Walker and has two daughters, Annabelle, 14 and Sophia, 10. When not implementing projects and creating reports at Hollis Cobb, Sarah spends time supporting her daughters at their cheer competitions and basketball games. The entire staff of Hollis Cobb is thrilled to have Sarah using her knowledge and expertise to make their jobs easier and keep our clients happy.
